IBM now offers a FREE shuttle service from the MRT Quezon Avenue station to the new IBM Recruitment Center in UP-Ayala TechnoHub. Look for the IBM shuttle at the EDSA parking lot of ETON Centris Mall, at the corner if EDSA (northbound) and Quezon Avenue. Avail of this service between 8:30am and 2:30pm, from June 15 to 30, 2010, Monday to Friday except on public holidays.

| Job Description |
Responsibility: Responsible for providing excellent technical support service by phone for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of Consumer Electronics. |
| Required Skills |
• Excellent English communication skills
• Highly proficient in computers and internet applications
• Completed at least 2 years of college education, or a 2-year diploma/certificate course, preferably in an Engineering or Computer-related field
• Experience as technical support in a call center environment, particularly in troubleshooting, is a definite advantage
• Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
• Familiarity with the Mac OS, or certification on A+, NET or Cisco CCNA is preferred but not required
• Fresh graduates or those without previous work experience are also welcome to apply |
