| Job Description |
Responsibilities:
* Craft friendly employment practices to maintain excellent employee relations with high morale
* Identify training needs and develop training plans to ensure our team are highly trained
* Ensure that compensation & benefit policies are robust and competitive with market practices
* Develop key performance indicators with regular evaluation
* Progressively review, update and implement HR practices with focus on compliance with regulations & operational needs
* Manage all office administration needs. |
| Required Skills |
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
* With excellent english communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience using web-based payroll/personnel software
* Able to manage multiple tasks smoothly
* Strong organizational skills, proactive, meticulous & resourceful with high initiative
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
