| Job Description |
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service through inbound calls by: responding to the clients’ issues and concerns; handling customer inquiries (cancellations & billing issues); and providing information on products and services |
| Required Skills |
Requirements:
* Completed at least 2 years in college or a 2-year vocational course.
* Above Average English verbal communication skills including active listening.
* Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
* Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift.
* Full-time positions available.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
