Our target is to be one of the leading Software Engineering firms in the Philippines shore supported by Worl-Wide projects.
Job Description Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact of customers
- Ensure that customers receive an adequate level of customer service
- Resolving inquires questions or problems with products & services within guidelines
- Resolving customer complaints
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s /College Degree, any field
- With professional verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
- Pleasant speaking voice
- Concise
- Computer literate
- Friendly & possess a professional manner
- Can work independently & have focus on quality and are thorough in work
- Service minded
- Team Player
- Can work on a structured basis
- With Centric Customer focus & can drive positive attitude
- One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
