| Job Description |
? Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning by employing a variety of appropriate teaching strategies.
? Encourage student enthusiasm for the learning process and the development of good study habits.
? Uses effective oral and written expression.
? Evaluates accomplishments of students on a regular basis using multiple assessment methods such as teacher made tests, samples of students' work, mastery skills check lists, criterion-referenced tests and norm-referenced tests.

| Required Skills |
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Education / Teaching / Training or equivalent
? Required skill: Proficiency in English
? With teaching experience in IELTS and ESL is an advantage
? With at least 6 months related work experience
? Must be patient, flexible, and dynamic in servicing non-English speakers
? Detail-oriented and has high tolerance for stress
? Basic computer literacy
? Friendly, approachable and well-mannered
? Pro-actively seeks to develop professionally
? Able to reflect on and learn from experience
? Fresh graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply
